5.) Will Diva Moda Wholesale drop ship? Yes, we do drop ship, but payment must be made only via Bank Wire / Money Transfer. 6.) Why is my order taking longer than the normal process time to fulfill? We have to gather your merchandise from several of our warehouses locations situated in different geographic areas and prep them for shipment. This is the process that is usually the most time consuming.
7.) Can I use product pictures on Diva Moda .com on my own website? Yes, professional studio pictures are made readily available through our Diva Moda Photo Package. We have high resolution professional Ready to use image made if you join one of the three memberships, Express Photo Package, Deluxe Photo Package and Premium Photo Package. These Photo Packages only applies to Shoes and Handbags, as for Jewelry and Apparel you will receive 1 picture for any of the following packages. To view sample photos please click here. These package are only available for purchased items you have ordered. Express Photo Package: ($10) a month. You will receive 1 high quality high resolution ready to use product image per item you purchase. For Example if you purchase 20 different styles of shoes in 5 different colors you will have 100 high quality high resolution ready to use product images. Deluxe Photo Package: ($20) a month. You will receive at least 3 high quality high resolution ready to use product image per item you purchase. For Example if you purchase 20 different styles of shoes in 5 different colors you will have 300 high quality high resolution ready to use product images. Premium Photo Package($50). You will not only receive at least 3 high quality high resolution ready to use product image per item you purchase. All the images you receive will be watermarked with your own business logo. (You must provide us with your business logo in a PSD format.) For Example if you purchase 20 different styles of shoes in 5 different colors you will have 300 high quality high resolution ready to use product images all of these images will have your company logo watermarked.
8.) Do Diva Moda Wholesale sell fakes, counterfeits, imitations or replicas? No, we do not sell fakes, counterfeits, imitations or replicas. All products that are carried by Diva Moda are genuine quality fashion products from top grade manufactures. We do not and will not carry any fakes, counterfeits, imitations or replicas, all products that we carry are from legitimate quality manufactures only. 9.) Does Diva Moda Wholesale ship overseas? Yes, Diva Moda Wholesale welcome international buyers, payment must be made via Bank Wire. Upon receipt of payment we can arrange UPS or any Carrier of your choosing to deliver your merchandise to you. 10.) Can I choose my own Shipping Carrier? Yes, Diva Moda Wholesale will accommodate our client if there is a specific preferred shipping carrier. There is a requirement, your order must be paid via Bank Wire then you can choose any preferred carrier of your choice. If you do not pay via Bank Wire / Money Transfer, we will ship out your order through UPS, for ease of tracking and reliability of service. At Diva Moda wholesale we have no processing fees or any hidden charges when it comes to shipping, we charge EXACT shipping. We do not mark down the price of our product just to hike up the shipping charges. We believe in treating our customers right and building long term partnerships.
11.) Is there a minimum purchase requirement? When purchasing with Diva Moda Wholesale, there is a minimum order of US$150.00 per order.
12.) What information is need before I can buy from Diva Moda Wholesale? For all out of state companies, we need an EIN / Federal Tax Id, and for local companies located in Arizona, in order for you to be tax exempted, you must provide a W-9 form and also a copy of your Transaction Privilege Tax license for our recordes.
13.) Does Diva Moda Wholesale only sell to company? No, you may purchase from us but you must meet the US$150.00 minimum order. If you are located in Arizona and have not formed a company, you must acquire the Transaction Privilege Tax license in order to be exempt from paying sales tax.
14.) Why does my card show a charge before my order is filled or processed? Numerous customers have been confused by this process; there are two stages whenever a credit card transaction is ran. The two stages are “Authorization” and “Charged” when you place an order with Diva Moda Wholesale your card will only be “Authorized”, in other words, there is a hold on the limit or funds available on your credit card. This “Authorization” will automatically be release usually on your next billing cycle if not “Charged”. Your card only “Charge” when your order enters into the processing to ship stage of the transaction.
Presale orders are upcoming products that are available for you to order before the products are in the manufacturing stage, with Pre-Sale order you are able to place orders on merchandise before they are made available to the market. Note: We encourage all our clients to place your presale orders well in advance in attempts to obtain the desired order quantity. Also to avoid any delay to your transaction, please keep all Pre-Sale orders and standard order items separate. You will not be charged for any presale order until the order is filled and shipped to you.
16.) What qualifies me for a return or exchange? Diva Moda wholesale will replace or issue a refund, if in the rare event the wrong merchandise was inadvertently shipped to you. Please contact and notify us within 2 business days upon delivery, and we will make arrangements for the return of the incorrect merchandise and shipment of the correct merchandise that you (all expense covered by us of course). Diva Moda Wholesale will also replace or issue a refund if in the rare event, faulty or defective merchandise was shipped to you inadvertently. Please promptly (within 2 business days upon delivery) contact us and email us with a picture documentation of the defective or faulty product, we will promptly ship you a replacement for the defective or faulty merchandise, or if in the event the item(s) ordered is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the defective merchandise. All other returns of merchandise must comply with the following conditions. Returns must be received within 10 business Days and are subject to 25% restocking and handling fee. Returns must be in their original condition and include the RMA form with a copy of your original invoice with your return. Please note, No refund will be issued after 10 Business days, and any returns without proper procedure, documentation or RMA form.
