The cancellation policy here at Diva Moda Wholesale is as follows; you have until your order reaches (Processing Stage) to cancel your order by phone, without incurring any charges. Should you decide to cancel your order on or after the (Processing Stage) a 25% restocking fee will apply, due to the high cost to prepare, fill and restock the merchandise ordered. You can check the order status of your account by logging back on to your account. We recommend that all customers of Diva Moda Wholesale review their order for accuracy prior to finalizing and completing of your order.

At Diva Moda Wholesale we strive to fill 100% of your order, but due to the high volume and rapid turnover rate of all our merchandise. On occasions when the merchandise is on backorder, out of stock, or discontinued, we will process and ship out the residual order. You will not be charged for the unfulfilled merchandise that is not shipped to you, and the shipping cost will also be adjusted according to reflect any change in your order that is being shipped out to you. The average processing time for all orders will range between 1 to 5 business days; shipments are made via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Freight according to customer’s choice. You will also receive notification of shipment and also a tracking number upon shipment of your order.

All products that are carried by Diva Moda Wholesale are Brand New in Box. We carry only quality fashion products from top grade manufactures. We do not carry any counterfeits, imitations or replicas, all products that we carry are from legitimate quality manufactures.

Pre-Sale orders are made available to Diva Moda Wholesale customers to grant our customers with fist pick status. Pre-Sale order is placing an order for products that is yet to enter into the manufacturing stage, with Pre-Sale order you are able to place order on merchandise before they are made available to the market. Note: To avoid any delay to your transaction, please keep all Pre-Sale orders and standard order items separate. You will not be charged for any presale order until the order is filled and shipped to you.

Diva Moda Wholesale can also fulfill any unique or custom ordered merchandise requested by customer. All custom order merchandise must be first proofed by customer before the production or processing. All custom order merchandise is nonrefundable and also non-exchangeable.

Upon order, your credit card will be authorized, and upon entering the shipment process your credit card will be charged. You must provide your billing address with a valid contact phone number in order for your order to be process without any delays. All shipments will be shipped to the billing address.

For all our international clients and clients who need shipment to be made to an alternate address or drop shipped order must be paid in full with (USPS Money Order, Bank of America Money Cashier’s Check or Bank Wire/Money Transfer)

We also accept Paypal payment from verified and confirmed accounts, we will ship to confirmed Paypal address only. If you would like to pay with Paypal, you can click on the Paypal link which will direct you directly to Paypal for your setup. Paypal accounts are free; you must provide them with a bank checking account and or with a credit card. Please confirm your account to expedite your order process.

Customers located in Arizona: To be exempt from sales tax, please fax your transaction privilege tax license (TPT) to (480)837-1817 or fill in a W-9 Form(click here) and fax to (480)837-1817.

Our objective here at Diva Moda wholesale is to form strong partnerships in business, that’s why all orders placed with Diva Moda is priority to us, and we will do our utmost to fill your order in a prompt and timely fashion, the normal processing time for all orders will range between 1 to 5 business days. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please plan for your orders well in advance to avoid any unplanned delays. We know time is of the essence and we will strive not just to meet but hopefully exceed your expectations.

Unlike many companies, at Diva Moda wholesale we have no processing fees or any hidden fees when it comes to shipping, we charge EXACT shipping. We do not mark down the price of our product just to hike up the shipping charges. We believe in treating our customers right and building long term partnerships. All shipments are made via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Freight. For your shipping quote, please use the following UPS Calculator to estimate your shipping charges. We also welcome International customers; Diva Moda wholesale will ship international shipments via USPS for ease of tracking and reliability of service unless specified by customer. Please note all international customers are liable for the local import duties and taxes imposed by your Government. Please double check your local taxes, tariff and duties. Diva Moda Wholesale will not ship to any P. O. Box or APO addresses.

*Please note shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, handling, and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangements for the reshipment of the merchandise. Refusal of shipment does not constitute a cancellation of the order, and will be subject to 30% restocking fee and any additional fees and charges.

Diva Moda Wholesale will not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from transportation of products and or product use including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Buyer agrees to assume all and full liability for using and operating all products sold by Diva Moda Wholesale.

Diva Moda wholesale will replace or issue a refund, if in the rare event the wrong merchandise was inadvertently shipped to you. Please contact and notify us within 2 business days upon delivery, and we will make arrangements for the return of the incorrect merchandise and shipment of the correct merchandise that you (all expense covered by us of course).

Diva Moda wholesale will also replace or issue a refund if in the rare event, faulty or defective merchandise was shipped to you inadvertently. Please promptly (within 2 business days upon delivery) contact us and email us with a picture documentation of the defective or faulty product, we will promptly ship you a replacement for the defective or faulty merchandise, or if in the event the item(s) ordered is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the defective merchandise.

All other returns of merchandise must comply with the following conditions. Returns must be received within 10 business Days and are subject to 25% restocking and handling fee. Returns must be in their original condition and include the RMA form with a copy of your original invoice with your return. Please note, No refund will be issued after 10 Business days, and any returns without proper procedure, documentation or RMA form. Upon receiving the return merchandise please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return. Credit Card Refunds normally will 2-4 weeks for the credit to appear back your card upon completion of the return process. Paypal Refunds will also normally take 2-4 weeks after the completion of the return process. Money Orders/Bank Wire Refunds will normally take 1-2 weeks upon completion of the return process. Either a company check or store credits will be issue for customers.

All returns must be in their original condition. Any returns worn or altered in any way are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
